Minimally tattooed with NO extreme hair color or piercings (We love tattoos and self-expression, however, depending on the nature of the events, you may not be chosen to work jobs by the brand)
All form fields required or your application will be discarded

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS:

Ensure that photos are high resolution, clear and have been taken within last year (cell phone pictures are fine, as long as they are clear)
Submit a headshot and full shot with your current hair color
No photos with filters or heavy editing
